Creative Intern - Studio E (A Division of Melara Enterprises)

Job Description:

Studio E, a division of Melara Enterprises, is seeking a talented and motivated Creative Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Creative Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects involving graphic design, video production, social media content creation, and management. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the creative process and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing graphic designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website content.
  2. Assist in creating compelling video content, including filming, editing, and post-production tasks.
  3. Contribute to the planning and execution of social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
  4. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and concepts for campaigns, branding initiatives, and other creative projects.
  5. Conduct research on current design trends, industry best practices, and competitors' strategies to support the development of innovative and effective visual solutions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across various channels and platforms.
  7. Assist with other creative tasks as assigned, such as photography, illustration, and copywriting.

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia arts, or a related field. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
  2. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  3. Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and experience in managing social media accounts.
  4. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  6. A portfolio showcasing your design and/or video production work is highly desirable.
  7. Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.
  8. Prior experience or knowledge in web design, motion graphics, or photography is a plus.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a 3-month internship position. The exact duration can be discussed during the interview process. The internship is paid based on local regulations and the candidate's qualifications.
