We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Creative Producer to oversee the video production process from inception to completion. As a Creative Producer, you will be accountable for coordinating and supporting all aspects of video and motion media projects, ensuring smooth workflows, timely deliveries, and adherence to budgets. You will work closely with creative teams, clients, and the production crew to achieve project objectives while maintaining our organization’s highest quality standards. 

Responsibilities include: 

• PROJECT PLANNING AND COORDINATION:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. 
  • Allocate resources, both human and material, to ensure project tasks are assigned effectively. 
  • Collaborate with various teams, including directors, writers, and production & post crews, to understand project status, requirements, and potential challenges.

•  BUDGET MANAGEMENT: 
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising the quality of deliverables. 

• CLIENT CONSULTATION AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
  • Gather project requirements and expectations from client meetings. 
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, promptly addressing concerns. 
  • Nurture positive and professional relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes. 

• PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND CREATIVE SUPPORT:
  • Occasionally, provide insights and feedback to assist in project development stages, such as storyboarding, prototyping, and scriptwriting.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the client's vision is effectively translated into the final deliverables. 

• RISK ASSESSMENT AND PROBLEM-SOLVING:
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
