Creative Services Manager

Key Responsibilities
Production, Project, and Workflow Management
- Manage schedules, specifications, and quality standards for print and digital advertising, publications, and products.
- Act as the primary liaison across departments to align priorities and deliverables.
- Organize and lead production and launch meetings to ensure clear communication and timely execution.
- Oversee print orders, vendor selection, and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
Design and Creative Oversight
- Supervise the creation of cohesive, high-quality print and digital assets, maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with design teams on innovative visual aesthetics across all platforms.
- Contribute to hands-on design production as needed to meet deadlines or balance workloads.
- Stay ahead of design and advertising trends to ensure creative excellence.
Digital Advertising and Product Integration
- Ensure digital advertising assets meet specifications, collaborating with DigitalOps and marketing teams for optimization.
- Integrate digital components such as co-branded emails, landing pages, and multimedia projects seamlessly.
- Implement cutting-edge digital advertising strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Technology and Process Optimization
- Stay informed on the latest design and production tools, recommending upgrades to enhance efficiency.
- Manage existing tools like AdOrbit and spearhead new initiatives to streamline workflows.
- Assess and optimize department needs for design software and resources.
Team Leadership and Development
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a collaborative, high-performing production team.
- Train team members in advanced design and production techniques.
- Set performance goals and ensure departmental objectives are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and digital advertising tools.
- Strong understanding of both print and digital production processes and specifications.
- Experience in programmatic, display, and social media ad formats.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
